FOX HUNT JUNE 24 AND 25
COME AND LETS HAVE SOME FUN!

Just like last year, if you run in another class, and you are running in the Fox eliminator as well, you can run your car in both class's. So, you must listen for your lane calls.

And for those who missed the BOWLING fun on Saturday June 18, you missed alot of fun. 10 gals arrived with guess and had a "BALL".
Awards were given for:

Best All around GAME went to Julie Hart, with a 181 in the second round.
Highest Average for a gal went to Julie Hart. She recieved a gift card from Star Bucks
Highest Average for a guy went to Ken Windley. He recieved a gift card from Star Bucks
The Rat Award went to Rose Shaw, for she bowled with 3 different balls. Just couldn't find the right "grove"
Duck trophey went to Alan griffiths, for everytime he would roll his ball down the lane....the pins seemed move. As if to be "scared".
and Rose received the Diva Award.
Best Style of bowling for the Guy, went to Eldon Twitty. It seemed he wasn't sure which way the pins were.
Best style of bowling for the gal, had to go to Lyndsy Detry. She tried every style in the book to get the ball to hit the pins, at one time she even SAT down to roll the ball
The MOST GUTTER BALLS award went to Amanda Luckow. She gave it her best shot!
The LOWEST SCORE award went to Kristi. We won't tell your her score, but it was LOW!

When the lights went down, the party began, We had glow neckless's to go with the theme and danced to the music they provided. Did we get a bit carried away?... wait till you see the pictures and video clips.

Club Race # 3 is gone and in the history books.

The day started as any other club race would. The sun was out and a small breeze was present; just a good day for racing.

If you have not heard, Lynde Fisher has undergone back surgery and will not be present for a while. We wish her a "SPEEDY" recovery.

The "FRIENDSHIP" plate was handed down from Penelope / Doris to Shannon Dougal, for she aways has a smile :) and is a friend to all.

The "PIGGY" got fed pretty well this race. 4 gals just were too fast for the lights. But I do have to say, we are doing better this year.

We are still in third place, but not too far to take on the Melba outlaws or PSI. We just need to have the car count on July 8th and to take out these too teams.

OUR NEXT MISSION: TAKE OUT MELBA OUTLAWS AND PSI !

We only have 22 gals presigned, so at this time, I'm calling ALL NG members.....we need your skills and "car" to make our 32 car field for the next 3 races. If we are going to do better then 3rd or 2nd place this year, we need to fill the car count of 32 each race!

Congratulations to Tessa Lancaster for doing her best to reach the semi's and for Lyndsy Deatry; when she got the bye into the finals, all our HOPE and DREAMS were sitting on this little truck. Sad to say, she broke out. :(

Hello ladies!!
Just talked to Deana today and she tells me that she is pretty sure there are 28 signed up to be there Friday! If you know of someone else that would like to race, please let Deana know!! Kick some butt ladies, I will be out of town this weekend so will no be able to cheer you all on! (I seemed to be bad luck when I showed up last time )

Bowling party is planned for Saturday night but Deana has only heard from a few of you!! Please let her know if you are going to be there, head count is sooooooo very important!! Hope you have fun, am sorry to miss it!

At this point, I am planning on putting in an order for t-shirts. These will say "Naughty and Proud" on the back along with our logo on the front. Obviously, they will not be ready by Fox Hunt and these should be for members only! My email from Debbie Phillips listing some of the orders has been lost........I need to know color and size.

Another quick note.....Lynde Fischer is going in for back surgery on Friday. Please keep her in our thoughts and prayers!!

Go get em' Friday,
Lisa Thomas

GOOD MORNING GALS>>>>>>

ARE YOU READY!!!!

We have a tough race ahead of us this week.
We need to have every spot covered and everyone on their game. So, double check your calendar and remind every NG you see and lets get 32 gals out to kick some @$$. Spread the WORD!
Let me know if you are coming to join us on Friday. JUNE 17th
My computer is down and ALL my information is sort of "tied up".

The bowling is set...Westy's in Garden City on Saturday Night. 8pm the Moonlight Madness! Bring your hubby and kids and lets have some great fun! I only have about 19 people coming, (8 NG's signed up) Its your Fun'd FUN!
And FOX HUNT!!
Oh boy its is 2 weeks.....do we have donations? Lets try and bring them at the next race on June 17 so Christine can get them ready for this race and to see what we have and don't have.

Oh what a B.. E.. A..U TIFUL day!

The day started out beautiful. The NG’s are ready to race and ready to take on all comers.

We had 25 gals arrive with sunscreen and treats for all to enjoy. Each member was getting the itch to run, airing up tires, shinning up grills and those that arrived early…got an extra run in.

Special Thanks to Eldon Twitty, he filled in for the “ABSENT COOKIE” who decided to go and play “Camper” in the hills. With Eldon doing double duty, racing and cooking, he did an AWSOME job. Going rounds for the Down and Dirty team and fixing hot dogs on the grill.

Our friend ship plate has gone to Penelope. For she is not able to race this year, but still comes out and supports the team, and helps out with duties as needed. I hope she gets the plate, which WAS full of Chocolate chip cookies, which were really goooood!

Then it happened…dark clouds from the south started to push in and the tail wind came on stronger. A few drops of rain threatened a few of the runs, but the clubs stood strong to keep going.

Sad to say, none of the Naughty Girls made it past 3rd round with Melissa taking the pot. But, we do have to say on the good side….NO red lights.

And our team leader arrived; after a long day of work; just in time to see several of the gals go down the track. She was taking snap shots of the gals doing their burn outs and launches.

We’d like to welcome a new Naughty Girl to the team; Phyllis May. She ran in Bracket 5. Hope to see her back next race.

Did everyone see Denise Clark’s new ride…Big and Bright yellow Super BEE! A big car and a little gal, great combination! And when she gets the hang of the car…look out… She’s taken numbers and names!

NEXT RACE JUNE 17TH!
PREPARE TO TAKE DOWN THE MELBA OUTLAWS!

Pre signed up: (25) Teresa Clark, Sharlene Lancaster, Pamela Lottman, Christine Milhalisko, Debbie Phillips, Marcia Randell, Lisa Johnson, Denise Clark, Rose Shaw, Kristi Shawver, Deana Bullington, Lynde Fischer, Megan Milhalisko, Valmarie Griffiths, Gina Luckow, Melissa Jarboe, Cheryl Hering, Jackie Page, Shannon Dougal, Amanda Luckow, Lyndsey Deatry, Jessica Hoffman, Tessa Lancster, Jan Shawver, and Phyllis May.

Votes are in….it looks like BOWLING AND BEER! Deana will get all the information together and let everyone know when and where we will have our BIG PARTY!

1 Down and 5 to go!

It was a good race day, the sun was out and the “whistle pigs” were abundant!
29 gals showed up to take on all comers. At first it was hectic, like most first races, but we got our Stuff together and made it happen. Most of the gals were excited about the first race and some of the gals had already been on the track prior to the first club race. No matter who you were, every round counted. And we did AWSOME!! We earned a total of 467 points (PSI is at 481- that’s a 14 point difference, 1 gal and 1 round make a difference) It just shows, that we can compete with the baddest teams there! We cannot count any team out!

Our new Cookie did a great job, Hot dogs and hot links were hot and ready even before the first round! WOW! And we had a whole slew of goodies, everything from homemade salads, to homemade cakes and treats. So where were the margaritas?

As the night got darker and colder, everyone was dawning their coats and gloves. For those who remembered to bring them. We were huddled together and cheering each gal on as each bracket was called.

Lisa Johnson did an awesome job, she went to the finals against Chris Jagger’s in Bracket 2, and made a great effort to take him out. She did her best….oh so close.

Another gal, Pamela Lottman, also went to the finals in Bracket 4, she was driving her souped up HHR.

With this being the first race of the club challenge, we had some challenges beside the track and the opponent. When you arrive, please be sure to get signed in. And after you have had your time run, get with the other members in your bracket to find out the lane each of them plans on running. We don’t want to run against each other. If you wish to participate in the “fun” fund, look for Deana Bullington or Penelope Constantikes.

We also hope to have stickers by the next race, Sue Reynolds is taking care of this end and if you need a new shirt, Lisa Thomas is getting the order ready. It will be for members only. Let us know what size and color you wish yours to be!

If you plan on racing the next race, please sign the sheet for it. That way we can get a count and make plans on how many will be there.

If you are one of the lucky ones to arrive early, please help save our area of the pits. We would like to have Cookie be in the first spot. That way we can find him easy! And if you happen to have caution cones, place them out and skip a pit spot.

Now on the Fox Hunt, which is June 25th, WE NEED DONATIONS!
Get with local businesses and ask for donations. Get a business card from them, and cash works just at good! 25 is a good start, but a 50 is better. Let’s be professional when you ask them. Let them know who we are and why we are asking them. We know times are tough, and anything will help.

NEXT CLUB CHALLENGE: MAY 13TH, are we ready! (24 have pre signed)

Christine Mihalisko; Denise Clark; Megan Mihalisko; Lynde Fischer; Shannon Dougal; Cheryl Hering; Melissa Jarboe; Gina Luckow; Jan Shawver; Teresa Clark; Debbie Phillips; Marcia Randall; Valmarie Griffiths; Jackie Page; Brandee Todd; Jessica Hoffman; Pamela Lottman; Sharlene Lancaster; Tesse Lancaster; Deana Bullington; Kristi Shawver; Amanda Luckow; Heather Jaycox and Julie Hart

Special Note:
Please send updated or new pictures of your cars for the Member pictures to tlrmshaw@cableone.net so they can be added or changed.
--- Thanks Rose -----

MEETING 3/26/2011
“NAUGHTY & PROUD”

We had a great turn-out! Some of you we’re not able to make it, so here is what took place.
We had our Champion Plaque completed and it looks AWSOME! Lisa Johnson will love it.
Our “PINK PIGGY” had a bowel movement and there were only $17.00 in it! WOW! Only 17 red lights, that’s the best since the club began in 2003. Way to go girls. Oh, by the way… Marcia Randall won the pot.

We decided to hand out assignments this year to help Lisa relieve some of her stress. The line up goes as follows:

  1. Treasure is Patti Kubitschek. She will aid Lisa on the monies and how to disburse them. Shirts, meals and such for parties.
  2. Shirts: Debbie Phillips. She is getting an order ready for the first race. Thus far, we have decided to place a cute logo on the backs of the shirts this year, so we can tell from far away the NG’s. The original logo on the front and “NAUGHTY & PROUD” will be placed on the back.
  3. Cookie, Jackie Page along with Doris Twitty, have taken on this BIG responsibility. This will be located at the PAGE or TWITTY trailer now. (I hope Rod will be happy with his new role with the NG’s) The responsibility has been handed down to a wonderful team. They will make sure all the amenities will be ready for us after 1st round; as always. There will still be tables for our treats along with HOT DOGS and Chorizos for everyone. And if you can help out, like cooking, setting up or in the clean up, that would be great. We want to leave the site as we found it; Clean and uncluttered.
  4. Roster sheet and Sign In clip board. Penelope Riley. This is a HUGE responsibility. She is not only in charge of the clip board sign sheet, but keeping up on round wins, RED lights, who is here, and next race sign ups. As it sits now, once you have gone through tech, go sign in. We will need a count BEFORE the races start. Penelope will need help on the roster sheet as rounds begin and collected. Keep up with your bracket and help her whenever possible. At least one person from each Bracket.
  5. BOOKIE: Penelope Riley. Since our beloved Bookie, Steve Wingert, will not be able to attend all the races, Penelope has volunteered to do this as well. So, same as last year, we will be donating 3 dollar bills to our fund. $2 will go towards the most round wins, and $1 will go towards the end of year celebration.
  6. Website. Rose Shaw. Just like always, send in your photos & videos of the races, recipe ideas, and anything else you wish to share with the team.
  7. Face book! This is NEW. Kristi Shawver and Amanda Luckow will be working on this. So if you are already a member of FACEBOOK, just LIKE and accept when it comes out. Some are already into FB, so can’t wait to see the outcome!

Other news of importance:

  1. When you arrive, our parking will take place where it has been for the last several years. With one exception, Lisa will not have her trailer there. We are going to use the WHOLE section, from the light pole to the end. Yes, we will be intergraded with the “Down and Dirty” team, but they will be at the end of the section. Since some of the NG Slut members race for the Down and Dirty team, they will be with us as well. So when you arrive, try and park along with other members and pick both sides of the road. Skip every other space, if you get there earlier than others. Trailers we will try and park on the West side and street cars on the East side. That way we can get the entire road section. And before first round begins, everyone needs to meet at the Sign up area for a get together. Go over lane choices, friendship plate hand off and any other information that is important for the club. It’s also a great way to introduce new drivers and to know which cars / clubs to watch out for.
  2. SHIRT ORDER: CONTACT Debbie Phillips dtincorporated@hotmail.com cell # 871-3357 If you want one of the new shirts and want a particular color, please let her know. ASAP so you will have it by the first race. There will be only 2 orders this year, the first one is being done now and the second around the Fox Hunt. *She also can do embroidery on hats, jackets (new or an existing one) or any other item of clothing you wish.
  3. We decided on a Party here in the Treasure Valley instead of going to Jack-Pot. With everyone in a financial pinch; because of many reasons; a party would be best. Your vote would be appreciated. Several of the gals figured that this way we can spend our “slush” fund with everyone who pitched in for the last few years. A vote will take place at the first race of what we would like to do. Think of each of these things.

    1. Bowling and Beer ( Moonlight madness on Saturday night)
    2. Wahooz (No beer and lots of kids)
    3. Fast Lanes (with a chance of 2, rounds only)
    4. Park picnic by the river. Possibly a float trip for the group on the Boise River. (Pending on cost per person this year)

  4. Our Pink Pig; or RED LIGHT fund; will stay the same. If you RED light in eliminations, you need to be on your honor and donate. But, only if you wish to have a chance at winning at the end of the season the entire contents. The largest Bowel movement was 2 years ago, it contained over $40.00.
  5. FOX HUNT! ( June 24 & 25) As we all know, the Naughty Girls have had a big hand in this. In the past we had shirts for sale and raffle. Well this year, we are only doing the raffle. The shirt sales have gone down and it’s a hassle to maintain the booth. We will need everyone to help in getting gifts for the baskets. There are 6 baskets in all, 3 for each day. 1 for winner, 1 for runner up and one to raffle off for the day. If you have a sponsor or a special item of donating, like the blankets from Jackie Alley, let’s get hooked up with them. It can be anything from a massage, to oil changes to a Carwash, or a dinner for 2. These don’t just need to be CAR items. Remember, it’s for Gals who win or runner up in the Fox eliminator. Candles from Scentsy, Items from Tasteful Sinsations, and other sponsors in the past have donated items to our baskets. Start asking and let’s build up those goodies. Christine Milhlisko and Heather Jaycox will be working on getting the baskets together. Spread the word about the Fox Hunt…we need others to participate. Friends and family members. We need more ladies other than the NG’s.
  6. Friendship Plate was given to Jessica Hoffman. We have again decided to continue this tradition. Remember, it doesn’t have to be candy or cookies. It can be anything you wish. Pick a person from the Naughty Girls team. It can be from someone who helped you, someone who did a great deed for another racer, or just for being a Naughty Girl. You decide, and then you can give it to the person before first round at our meeting. So everyone will know who and why you chose this person. Don’t spend a whole lot of money. Be creative and let’s keep it going. Who’s next?
  7. Web Sponsors: If you know of any organization who would like to sponsor the Naughty Girls web page, it looks like it will be $50.00. Let them know that they will get exposure from the site and at the Fox Hunt for “Advertising” with the Naughty Girls.
  8. Halloween Classic run off: This is the goal each member should keep in mind. The trailer run- off. Last year Jan Shawver made a cute Witch that we will pass around to the winner of the Club Challenge. Lisa was the recipient of this award for 2010 and will hand it off to the next club winner at the classic for 2011. A new Tradition has begun!
  9. Finally a word from the prez: Our goal is to do our best each time we go up to the line. No matter who the club is or the driver. Do your best and the results, will place us on top. Go for the big clubs and the big hitters first. Find your lane that best fits the day, get down to the lanes as quickly as you can and be prepared. Focus on the win and the NG’s will prevail. We would like everyone who sticks around after they go out, to collect by the fence to show our support to the other gals still in. we understand if you need to leave early, but if you can stay, join us at the fence! We want to let every gal know we are rooting for them. And if one of the gals happens to make it through to the end…well it’s a party in the Winner Circle!
